Graphical Monitor
The Graphical Monitor allows you to create D2 widgets that display the results of DQL queries in the form of Pie Charts, Bar Graphs, Line Graphs and Tables.
This allows, for instance, the managers of a process to see which documents are progressing well and which ones require some TLC. Graphical Monitor allows the manager to "drill-down" from one display to another in order to investigate what is the cause of any delays.
Dashboards with multiple Graphical Monitor widgets can be created allowing a easy view on a whole range of processes all at once.
When you purchase Graphical Monitor for a repository any number of widgets can be created in that repository. Exactly what the D2 Graphical Monitor shows is up to you – and your DQL skills.
Cloud Synchronization
This product allows for users to define how documents are synchronized from Documentum to the Cloud - either OneDrive or DropBox.
Security on the Cloud can be based on the security in Documentum but this can be overriden - plus non-Documentum users can be added. This allows external users to get access to the documents on the Cloud.
Cloud Synchronization can either be run as a D2 widget or integrated into (for example) a Transmittals solution.
Teams Integration
This product allows user to share documents with other users via a Team Site. This allows for simultaneous editing/sharing of documents by multiple users.
Documents can be shared on a Teams Site for both editors and readers. The access to the documents for both D2 and non-D2 users can be managed from within D2.
Once changes have been made, the Teams Integration can be used to bring the documents back in to D2 where the document is versioned according to the appropriate D2 configuration.
